(Jack Haley/Messenger Post Media) The home at 1900 Scoon Road in the Town of Seneca was totally destroyed along with three vehicles on a fire that started early Wednesday morning. Elwin Tears 71 and his 94-year-old mother escaped the blaze. Hall Fire Department and Gorham Ambulance were dispatched and eventually Benton, Stanley, Gorham, Penn Yan and West Lake Road responded to the scene.
