Jack Haley/Messenger Post Media Firefighters from Phelps, Clifton Springs, Oaks Corners and Port Gibson participated in a drill in which an accident between and a school bus with children on it was held Saturday morngin on Phelps Junction Road.

Jack Haley/Messenger Post Media Local cub scouts and boys scouts portrayed victims in the school bus for firefighters to train with on Saturday. Besides the Phelps, Clifton Springs, Oaks Corners, and Port Gibson Fire Departments were particpants from the Ontario County Haz Mat Team and the Seneca County Haz Mat Teams.
