Abby Stanton's lay up with under eight seconds to go lifted the host Avon Braves to a 43-42 victory over the Perry Yellowjackets on February 1, 2007 to keep the Braves undefeated. Stanton finished with a team-high 14 points while Brittany O'Donoghue was next with five. Megan McClurg led Perry with a game-high 20 points. Audrey Ayers and Samantha Smithgall were next with seven points each.
